Attention! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website https://vetta.win (hereinafter — the "Website") and its software.
Registration (authorization) on the Website shall mean your acceptance of all provisions of these Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement"), the Privacy Policy, the rules of all games, the rules for using bonuses and special offers of the Website, the processing of personal data, as well as receiving information about the Website's services via messages to the email address or phone number specified during registration.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not register on the Website and do not use its software.
Vetta Group N.V., on the one hand, and the person who confirmed the Agreement published on the Internet at the permanent address https://vetta.win/terms, on the other hand, have entered into this Agreement as follows.
Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Vetta Group N.V. (Company) — an online casino.
- Website — a collection of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photographs, video materials and other intellectual property results, as well as computer programs contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the web address: https://vetta.win.
- Agreement — these Terms of Service entered into between the User and the Administrator, available at https://vetta.win/terms.
- User — a legally capable individual who has completed the registration procedure on the Website, having the legal capacity and capability in accordance with the legislation of their country of citizenship to acquire rights and assume obligations in their own name within the framework of the Agreement.
- Administrator — the entity that commercially operates the Website.
- Parties — the Administrator and the User.
- Service — the services provided by https://vetta.win through the Website on the Internet.
- Site Currency — the virtual game currency of the Website used in the process of providing services by the Administrator to the User on the Website https://vetta.win.
- Round — a time period constituting a Service of the Website.
Eligibility Requirements
The User may use the Website if they are located in a country where online gambling is permitted by law. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms and warrants to the Company that online gambling is permitted in the country where they will use our services.
Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Website. Use of the Website by persons under 18 constitutes a direct violation of this Agreement.
The Company takes all measures to restrict access to persons under the permitted age. We are not responsible for false information about age provided by the User.
Users are responsible for the payment of taxes and fees applicable to any winnings received as a result of using the Website.
Amendments
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, as well as to take other actions limiting gameplay capabilities, against a User or group of Users who are accomplices in violating the terms of this Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to make any changes, edit, update and modify the Agreement for various reasons: commercial, legal, and customer service-related.
The User bears personal responsibility for reviewing the current Agreement. The Company has the right to make changes to the operation of the Website at any time without prior notice.
Account Registration
If you meet the requirements specified in sections 3.1 and 3.2 of this Agreement and accept all provisions of this Agreement, you may proceed to open an account.
To access all main services of the Website, you must register an account. To do so, the User needs to provide their email address and create a password.
The Company has the right to request documents confirming the identity, age and residential address of the User.
The User confirms that they have provided complete, accurate and truthful information about themselves when registering on the Website.
Fraud and Prohibited Activities
We do not tolerate fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of this Agreement:
- Transferring your account to a third party.
- Using scripts, bots, auto-clickers and other software tools to gain an advantage.
- Registering multiple accounts by a single User.
- Using stolen, cloned or illegally obtained payment card data.
- Fraud involving other online casinos, websites or payment systems.
- Abusing bonuses, promo codes and other special offers of the Website.
- Selling an account from one User to another.
- Providing false information.
- Using bank accounts and other funds of third parties.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
When providing the Website's Services, a virtual game currency — Site Currency — is used. When depositing funds, each currency available for deposit is linked to the current exchange rate of the Website.
The User warrants that the funds deposited into the game account were not obtained illegally.
The Company has the right to block the User's account and cancel payouts in case of suspected fraudulent deposits.
The maximum total withdrawal amount per calendar day may not exceed 3,000 USD, and per month — 10,000 USD.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for losses incurred by the User resulting from unlawful actions of third parties, including those related to access to the User's personal account.
The Company is not liable for losses incurred by the User related to a misunderstanding of the principles and rules of the Website.
The User independently decides whether to use the services of the Website, and any actions and their consequences are the result of the User's personal choice.
In the event of blocking or restricted access due to violation of the terms of the Agreement, the Site Currency remaining on the User's balance shall be cancelled and is not subject to compensation.
Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, disruptions in public utility networks, DDoS attacks or other internet attacks.
During the period of force majeure circumstances, the operation of the Website shall be considered suspended.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, disagreements and claims shall be sought to be resolved through negotiations. To do this, you must send your claim to the support service.
If no response is received within thirty business days, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Company in accordance with applicable law.
General Provisions
The User confirms that they have read all provisions of this Agreement, understand and accept them in full and without reservations.
The Agreement has legal force and is binding upon the Parties.
